The Army Women’s Foundation (AWF) is proud to announce an exciting new partnership with The Flag and General Officer Network (TFGON) to launch a premier Leadership Mentorship Program designed to develop, empower, and prepare the next generation of senior military leaders. This collaborative initiative will connect male and female Lieutenant Colonels and Colonels with accomplished General and Flag Officers who bring decades of leadership experience, strategic insight, and invaluable lessons from service across the Armed Forces. Through engaging leadership forums, personalized one-on-one mentorship, and opportunities for professional networking, participants will gain access to senior leaders who can help them navigate complex assignments, broaden their strategic perspectives, and prepare for greater responsibilities. Open to eligible officers across all military services, this program reflects our shared commitment to investing in people, strengthening leadership excellence, and cultivating the leaders who will shape the future of our Armed Forces.
