This year, the U.S. Army Women’s Foundation partnered with AUSA to present an exceptional group of Army leaders who shared their leadership experiences, philosophies, challenges, and wisdom at the 2023 Army Women’s Leadership Symposium. The afternoon started with the dynamic keynote address featuring COL Clydea Prichard-Brown, Chief of Staff, 1st Theater Sustainment Command, and COL Clydellia Prichard-Allen, J1, Joint Task Force, MDW, who talked about their path to “being all they can be,” and their passion for assisting others through the foundation of the Female Mentoring Morale Program platform that provides mentoring and professional development. Their presentation was followed by a panel discussion entitled “The Limitless Possibilities of Army Women – Be All You Can Be,” moderated by CW5 (Ret) Phyllis Wilson. The panel was exceptional and included the input of the panelists CW5 Yolondria Dixon-Carter, Senior Chief Warrant Officer Advisor to the Chief of Staff of the Army; MAJ Sidney Jaques, Chief, Plans and Operations IPPS-A; CSM JoAnn Naumann, Command Sergeant Major, US Army Special Operations Command; and CSM Tonya Sims, Former Command Sergeant Major, 82nd Sustainment Brigade.
