This year, the U.S. Army Women’s Foundation partnered with AUSA to present an exceptional group of Army leaders who shared their leadership experiences, philosophies, challenges, and wisdom at the 2023 Army Women’s Leadership Symposium. Following opening remarks by BG (Retired) Anne Macdonald was the dynamic keynote address featuring COL Clydea Prichard-Brown, Chief of Staff, 1st Theater Sustainment Command, and COL Clydellia Prichard-Allen, J1, Joint Task Force, National Capital Region/Military District of Washington, who spoke about their unique path to “being all they can be,” and their passion for assisting others through the founding of the Female Mentoring Morale Program that provides mentoring and professional development. Their presentation was followed by an inspiring panel of trailblazing women leaders convened to explore “The Limitless Possibilities of Army Women – Be All You Can Be,” sharing impactful insights and personal experiences.
