It is with sadness that we share one of our champions is gone: BG Evelyn Pat Foote, USA, Retired.  She was an extraordinary woman who showcased compassion, competence and leadership.  As a trailblazer she held many “firsts” and always showed the incredible capability of women in the Army.  She was an amazing example for so many, and led by example in all that she did.  She held many significant roles in retirement continuing on her selfless service.  She was a 2009 Army Women’s Foundation Hall of Fame Inductee and served on the Army Women’s Foundation Advisory Board.
