The Female Mentoring and Morale Program (FMMP) is a grassroots initiative within the U.S. Army designed to provide mentorship, personal and professional development, and support to female soldiers and civilians. The program aims to foster mutual support, shared understanding, and unity across all ranks and backgrounds. The FMMP is an all-inclusive, Secretary of the Army endorsed platform in support of the “People First” strategy that provides personal and professional development to male and female service members and civilians with a focus on empowering Department of the Army women in and out of uniform.

Next FMMP:  Thursday, 22 August 2024

This month, the FMMP Executive Board is excited to host our next session on 22 Aug from 1800-1730 (EST) where we will introduce you to the TRADOC Women’s Initiative Team (WIT-T).
The WIT-T, led by Mr. Bryan Carroll and his awesome team of Heroes and Sheroes, has quickly become one of the Army’s premier platforms for researching issues and making updates to Army policies and procedures impacting women in and out of uniform. TRADOC designated the FMMP as one of the WIT-T Focus Areas, relying on the FMMP to provide feedback directly from the field, on changes needed to Army regulations and programs. Join us this month to learn how to contribute to the WIT-T and FMMP missions.
