The Female Mentoring and Morale Program (FMMP) is a grassroots initiative within the U.S. Army designed to provide mentorship, personal and professional development, and support to female soldiers and civilians. The program aims to foster mutual support, shared understanding, and unity across all ranks and backgrounds. The FMMP is an all-inclusive, Secretary of the Army endorsed platform in support of the “People First” strategy that provides personal and professional development to male and female service members and civilians with a focus on empowering Department of the Army women in and out of uniform.
Colonel Clydellia Prichard-Brown is the Founder of the Female Mentoring and Morale Program. As the founder and Executive Board Director for the program, Colonel Prichard-Brown continue to help many units and organization to start their own chapters of the FMMP.
Monthly, the U.S. Army Women’s Foundation with the Female Mentoring and Morale Program (FMMP) Executive Board to bring quality virtual programs, coaching, mentoring and networking opportunities. The program is not limited to female participants; everyone can benefit from the mentorship and development opportunities provided. FMMP emphasizes the importance of cultural change and ensuring every person gets the support they need to be successful. The program includes panel discussions, workshops, and other events to help participants grow both personally and professionally.

What are the goals of FMMP?
The FMMP is a platform to provide mentorship, personal and professional development, and fellowship to male and female commissioned officers, warrant officer, NCOs, junior enlisted Soldiers, cadets and civilians with a focus on strengthening the military and civilian women through virtual and in-person coaching, mentoring, and networking.
