Beth Spitzley has been with the U.S. Army Women’s Foundation since 2015.  She served initially as an Administrative Assistant and, in 2018, was promoted to the Foundation’s Director of Administration. Before her work at the Foundation, Beth worked at Capital One Financial Corporation as a Floor Supervisor, where she supervised the work of customer service representatives, ensuring adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, and as a Project Coordinator. She also worked as a Customer Service Representative for Dilliard Paper Company, now International Paper.
Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications and Sociology from the University of Richmond.  Beth is a military spouse married to Ken Spitzley, who retired after 23 years of service in the U.S. Navy Reserves. They have three grown children.
